CORRUPT DORSET POLICE-CONTINUED

 PART 2.

 Fast forward to now in April 2025. Even so a lot has gone on since my 2024 post. After the DPA (Dorset Police) sent me their Dorset Stasi Police document giving them the rights to have files an anyone they fancied, I wondered where do I now go ? So despite knowing that the Police Watchdog are only another  quango that is only there to 'Protect the Police' if I did not go to them-then on trying to go forward I would be told "Well you never took your complaint though to the end-so go to the end.

I sent the IOPC my complaint outlining all including the fcat that the last letter I got from an Inspector called Whittle, in the DPA 'Complaints and Misconduct Department'  (What a sick joke they are) in which he told me that as my complaint was exactly the same as one I made in 2024, he wasn't going to waste time & money going over it all again-YOU CANNOT MAKE THESE PEOPLE UP!! For there was no previous complaint made to him- so it was a deliberate act to give him a right to do this. Needless to say I was livid.

 So I tried online to see if I could get Pro-bono advice and found a local solictors who specialised in Data Protection. Great, I thought. Spoke with a guy told-him the facts. He told me that I should forensically look at all 46 files and see where they could be a con. So using my forensic engineering skills that's what I slowly did and kicked myself for not seeing all I could now see. All 46 files are a total con. They only start in 2001 and for 20 of them there are NO EXPLANATIONS IN THE 'SUMMARY BOX' AS TO WHAT THE FILE WAS ABOUT. SO WHY WAS A FILE OPENED IF NOTHING HAD HAPPENED TO JUSTIFY OPENING A  FILE- PROBABLY JUST TO STUFF THE FILE WITH AS MANY FILES AS POSSIBLE AND ALL HAD A FILE REFERENCE NUMBER. I think it was done just to stuff my file with as many files as possible so as to give anyone looking into my file the apperence that here was a person who was out of control-see how many files we have on him!!!!!! OBVIOUSLY A PERSON OF INTEREST TO US ALL- KEEP LOOKING AS HE LOOKS LIKE HE IS A LOCAL CRIMINAL KING PIN ETC.

The first question to ask, is why did the files only start in 2001-when I'd had masses of contacts with the Police when I was in business-pre 2001 and one of them was when I gave one of them a hiding when he tried to attack me. What made them suddenly decide to now in 2001 have all these files on me???? Also given that in 2012 a cop perverted the course of justice by altering a witness statement-and no sign of a file on that!! The next file dated in 2007, was another obvious made up file-because in 2007 I WAS IN NEW ZEALAND!!!!! -YOU CANNOT MAKE UP THESE LIARS!!! Then they list that I have a car registered to me, -they give its rego number and this when I never have owned that car!!!!!

Not satisfied with all those lies all 46 files have a cover sheet on which they have a file reference number, the date and time & summary of alleged happening, A HEADING OF 'INVOLVED PERSONS'- WHICH IS ALWAYS ME. MY DOB, WHERE BORN, NATIONALITY, ETHNICITY,THE NUMBERS OF ALL MY OWNED PHONES, MY EMAIL ADDRESS. MY HOME ADDRESS.

NOW HERE IS THE THING ABOUT ALL THAT- All the dates of my owning a phone are wrong and non of them were owned pre at least 2008-yet all of them were on ALL the files to after 2008-so another mass of lies. Then THE BIGGEST LIE OF ALL AND SHOWN ON ALL THE PRE 2013 FILES WAS MY HOME ADDRESS. FOR....AND GET TIS....I NEVER MOVED TO THAT ADDRESS THEY GIVE UNTIL NOV 2013!!!!!!!!!!!   THINK ABOUT IT-FOR HERE WE HAVE A NUMBER OF FILES PERPORTING TO HAVE BEEN MADE UP ON THE OCCURENCE DATES SHOWN BUT ALL HAVE ON TEIR COVER SHEETS ALLEGED FACTS THAT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN KNOWN ON THE DATES GIVEN.

SO THIS SHOWS THAT THESE FILES HAVE BEEN MANIPULATED-FORGED-MADE UP-OR HATEVER YOU WISH TO CALL THEM. I WOULD SAY THAT THIS IS A CRIMINAL MATTER & SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED, TO FIND AND CHARGE WHOEVER DID ALL THIS. YET WHEN I PUT ALL THAT TO THE IOPC THEY IGNORED IT!!!!!!

IN OTHER WORDS PREVIOUSLY IF THEY HAD COVERED THEIR CRIMINALITY THAT WOULD EXPOSE HOW MUCH OF A RABBE THEY ARE. Now the 2001 file was dated at a date that was a Saturday AND at 11.13 pm in the evening. Now it just happens that my then girl friend and I met every weekend at her house for me to saty there untillate Sunday evening. At 23.13 we would be tucked up in her bed!!! SO WHAT EXCUSE DID THEY HAVE FOR THIS FILE??? Obviously just a made up exercise to make up as many files as possible and not have any summary as to what they were about, as with this one.
