CORRUPT DORSET POLICE AIDED BY BBC TV SOUTH NEWS.

 

I know in my very last post that as I'd got nowhere in getting justice by this blog, I was packing it in.

However I am still alive but feeling my age and even so during this year I thought I would force my local Police force to show me the files I have always said it was pretty obvious they had on me. This because everytime I came into contact with them, the way they behaved and treated me showed they must have files on me that showed me up in a bad light. 

It will be registered in this blog-back about 10 years I suppose that I asked them to tell me if they did have files on me. They refused to admit or deny they had files. So I took them to court to try and force them to do this. Straight away I could see that the Judge knew the Police solicitor and so it was just another example of corruption and I got nowhere. The Judge even awarded the police with costs of £2,000!!

I wasn't having that and got a Barrister on Probono to write a letter to the police and court, that this was illegal. So the costs were dumped but I never got my answer. At that  time I was so fed up with beating my head against a brick wall with all this Establishment corruption, that I gave up in order to carry on my retirement without anymore stress upon myself.

But at the end of last year (2023) I thought after another sign that they must have files on me that are  showing me up in a very bad light. This because yet again I was forced to come into contact with my local Police- as a victim! Again I was treated like dirt and I had to ask why was this? It just had to be that the cop involved had gone away and looked to see what his police force, if anything, had on me in their records. He sees a load of shit and lies about me and then treats me the way he did. As I'd broken no laws it was yet another example of me having to put up with this excoriating behaviour against innocent people.THIS GOT ME MAD AS HELL AND DECIDING THAT I HAD TO FORCE THE BASTARDS TO COUGH UP THESE FILES & obviously see what lies they were coming out with.

Now after that earlier court hearing, a government Act was brought in and it made it easy for people in my position-so could apply under the terms of this Act to force any government department or the Police and in fact, just ANYONE WHO KEPT information on a person, would have to give it up when asked to do so. IT WAS CALLED THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2018, so I could now use it and did so in January 2024. I put into the Chief Constable of Dorset Police an erasure request document. IT TOOK THE SWINES 6 MONTHS BEFORE I GOT A LARGE EMAIL WITH THESE FILES ON IT. The rules say it should take 1 MONTH and despite many emails complaining they strung it out to 6 months! Even then it was only because I also went to the INFORMATION COMMISSIONERS OFFICE AND THEY OBVIOUSLY FORCED THEM TO GIVE THEM UP.

So what did I get and I think this will astound you, for there were 56 A4 pages containing 28 files. I say astounding as in my whole life I have never committed a criminal act and then was found guilty of. Yet in the years since 1985 when I returned from Australia to start my manufacturing sports car business I have been on the end of so many crimes committed against me and even in my retirement. I have found out that our Police do keep files on anyone they take a dislike to, even when those people like me, have never committed any crimes. Even if you were a 'Victim' of a crime against you-the wording the police put in the file is so badly written with insufficient clear information given, so the file actually makes it look like you are the perpetrator of criminal acts and this was seen in every file that was to do with myself being the victim. Even after an investigation which found I had not committed anything-they don't say that in their write-up-so you end up-to anyone looking at that file on you and in the future, that you were the guilty one and not the victim.

I have always wondered just how many of the UK Public know that the Police are keeping files on them even when they have committed no crimes. The Police will start a file if say your neighbour goes to them and accuses you of all sorts of silly things - as they do- but which the police have no right to be involved- yet you will end up with a file entry. So it is obvious to me that this should all be exposed because we have ended up with a system exactly the same as that which existed in Eastern Germany when under the Soviets who operated the Stasi where everyone was spying on their neighbours and almost everyone had a file on them. Just like in Orwells book '1984' and I have relatives who had to live under all that and having worked in Dresden in 92 when the Ruskies were still there, I came into contact with an ex Stasi OFFICER and he was an evil bastard-just like some of our Police!! So I have frist hand knowledge of what it's like to live under such a system and I am telling you IT IS ALIVE NOW AND LIVING IN THE UK & ALL BEING OPERATED BY 'THICK USELESS UK COPS'-WHO MAKE IT EVEN WORSE!!!!!!

How does one expose something like this?? It is always the same problem in this country-if you are rich and can pay the bloodsucking lawyers their fat fees, so you can take it to the High Court. If you are not rich then you can only try and get newspapers or TV News programmes to take up and expose your case. You will see in this blog I have tried that endlessly and been totally ignored EVERY TIME and it has become apparent to me that most if not all the UK newspapers and TV companies are in hock to the Police (did read somewhere that this is a FACT) and to the politicans-so you will get ignored. In recent weeks I have had another go to get my own local TV News to look at what my local Police force, namely Dorset Police, are upto by refusing my legal request to erase all my files. Of course I am the 'local man- so why would they not help to expose this?? 

The FIOAct gives you the right to this, yet the bastards in Dorset Police-true to form over me, have in effect, refused by sending me a letter AND GET THIS- BY ENCRYPTING IT !!!!! Devil of a job to even open it to read it, but with much effort I did get it opened and IT WAS JUST A LOAD OF GOBBLE-DE-GOOK AND EXCUSES THAT DO NOT HOLD LEGAL WATER. ALTHOUGH THEY CLAIMED IN A ROUNDABOUT WAY THEY COULD LEGALLY HAVE THESE FILES AND THAT IN OPPOSITION TO WHAT THE FIOA ACTUALLY SAYS. So now it is in the hands of the Information Commissioners Office as a claim against Dorset Police. BUT I HAVE NO FAITH IN ANY OF THE SO CALLED OMBUDSMEN OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR GOVERNMENT BODIES-AS I HAVE SAID AD NAUSEUM IN THIS BLOG.

NOWHERE IN THIS 'ENCRYPTED LETTER' DO THEY ACTUALLY STATE THEY ARE REFUSING TO ERASE ALL MY FILES DATING BACK TO 2000. WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS TO TRY AND BAMBOOZLE ME INTO THINKING THEY HAVE A LEGAL EXCUSE. NOW GET THESE FACTS, FOR ON THIS DOCUMENT IT TELLS YOU THAT YOU CANNOT COPY THE LETTER-OR SEND IT ONTO SOMEONE ELSE! THUS SHOWING THAT THEY HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE AND THEY DON'T WANT ME TO SHOW THIS LETTER AROUND. THEY KNOW I WILL USE THE ICO AS I'VE TOLD THEM SO. However I have copied it so they are not as smart as they think they are and have included it into my letter to the ICO and their office- so we will see where all this goes.

So even though I very much doubted that I would get anywhere, I sent in by RECORDED LETTER to BBC South Today News, a short letter outlining what I have said above and saying that their programme should expose what is going on, not thinking they would ever reply. I was surprised when a bloke called Greg Clark (their Assistant News Editor) sent me an email reply. However as usual it was not showing me any evidence that he agreed with what I had said or showed he wanted to investigate all this and would have a reporter come and see me to get the full facts and see the documentary evidence etc. He had either just skimmed through my letter or was deliberately misreading it, for he even advised me to complain to the Dorset Police or the ICO- WHEN I SPECIFICALLY MADE IT PLAIN I HAD DONE JUST THAT.

So I sent him immediately a reply, nicely pointing this out and asking him to look at my letter again. IN REPLY IT SHOWS US ALL THAT A LOCAL BBC NEWS PROGRAMME WILL NOT EXPOSE THE GOINGS ON AGAINST A LOCAL MAN WHO IS BEING DEALT WITH-BADLY BY THE LOCAL POLICE FORCE-DORSET POLICE, AND AGAINST THE FIOAct RULES AND LAWS. THIS IS THE COUNTRY WE NOW LIVE IN......WE MAY AS WELL ALL LIVE IN RUSSIA OR CHINA !!!!!!!!

I will keep you all updated on what goes on from hereon. I am now adding the relevant download documents below, which are all to do with me trying to get the DPA to erase all the files they have on me, as per my rights under the Data Protection Act 2018. What their reactions were if any and show how they have tried to wiggle out of complying with the law. I have copied all the many pages they sent me in the encrypted letter under the heading of DPA Refusal. Then I show you the UK Government Act document which lays out what the Data Protection Act 208 actually says, so you can see for yourself exactly what the DPA doing to keep within its rules-which of course it is ignoring.

Re the BBC Southern News and Greg its Asst Editor-well he has ignored my recent emails and my request he reads all of this blog so he can see with the evidence, the whole sordid story Either he is busy doing that or he is running away. So maybe that is again going nowhere-as with all newspaper & TV news programmes I've approached over the years and who all seem to be in hock to the government and the justice system and the British Public don't matter-YOU MAKE THE JUDGEMENT !

1. Request to Chief Constable - It should be seen that I got no confirmation from this letter from the Chief Constable or anyone in her department telling me who and how this would be dealt with. That is par for the course with the C.C of the DPA.

2. Data Protection Act - One should read this in full, in order to see what it actually says and what ones rights are and to see how the Police seem to be ignoring it.

3. The DPA's refusal to erase and how they manipulated my request in order to hide what they were saying and doing this by sending me their letter in ENCRYPTED form which attempts to stop one from using its contents in any way to expose them. Firstly they in a two page letter undated, go over what I had said to them in my letter requesting erasure and giving them my treasons to do this. In their first paragraph they waffle on about stuff that need not be said, instead of saying whether they will or won't erase. The second paragraph is yet more waffle that again need not have been said at all. The third paragraph repeats what I said re why they should be erased, but they do not say whether they will erase. The fourth paragraph is yet another waste of space and telling me that they are not seeing the files I have on my file, is again pure meaningless waffle and telling me what I already know and they then engage in saying that they cannot say why any of what is in my files-is there. To get round that question they point to their 'Privacy Notice' document which they have enclosed, which is supposed to tell the Public how the Police can hold whatever information they like-on all British citizens. A truly astonishing document that should be called' 'The George Orwell Document'-showing his predictions are alive and well in 2024' The letter goes on to telling me to look at the 'Dorset Police Privacy Notice' which they include in their letter. 

They then cynically give me the address of the ICO if I am unhappy with the DPA and knowing full well that they will do two things (a) take many months and (b) they will inevitably suck up to the Police and do nothing. I must point out that a government website gave out advice on how to lay out the letter for erasure I sent the DPA when I requested it. yet the DPA cynically rubbish the points I raised for erasure.

I asked them why I have files on me at all-seeing as no criminal acts have been committed by me and that is why there should be erasure. Their response again shows their utter cynicism for they said 'asking this question is not inviting a factual response' when it damn well is inviting that and that is why I asked it. For the law is that if a person has committed no criminal acts then there should be no files on them, They then go on in their paragraph numbered 4 by making comments that show that they are deterimined to erase nothing and will even make it so that anyone who may look at my file will see a flag to 'draw attention' and will also see my letter to them and their response letter. Talk about snidely making these comments isn't in it and as far as I am concerned it also shows that for some reason they have it in for/but the question has always been-why is this so?

On their paragraph 5, my asking them if I still had my fingerprints and DNA on file and if so they also should erased. Their reply to that they stated that I had 'two arrests' when this shows that they have files that they have NOT GIVEN ME-WHEN I REQUESTED ALL FILES ON ME-AND THEN ONLY SHOW RECORDS FROM FROM 2001 AND THEY ARE SHOWING I HAVE BEEN ARRESTED TWICE WHEN I was only arrested once on a trumped up charge where the police tried unsuccessfully to 'GET ME OVER SCRATCHING A CAR THAT WAS THROWN OUT OF COURT-NOTE THEY DON'T SHOW THAT IN THAT RECORD-SO IT SEEMS I WAS 'GUILTY'. FIRSTLY the Police go round gaily arresting people when they have not committed any arrestable offence nor been found guilty of any criminal acts. This is exactly what I feared and why I wanted all files sent me and then erased when I saw all the illegal files on me. During the period 2001 to 2024 I was arrested in 2012 for a trumped up charge of scratching a car-made-up by a woman ex neighbour who was found to have fraudulently made this accusation in order to have her car repainted at my expense and so she could get a better price for it when UP FOR SALE. All that was exposed at the trial and obviously it was found 'NO CASE TO ANSWER' NOW MY POINT HERE IS EXACLY WHY I WANTED ALL FILES ERASED - this as the dumb cop who wrote up the file on that case, wrote it so badly it makes me look like I was guilty and not had the case thrown out. So why TWO arrests during that period? This again makes it look bad for me and again it is another reason why there should be NO FILES ON ME AT ALL AS I HAVE NO CRIMINAL RECORD-THE POLICE ACTIONS OVER THAT ARREST SHOWED ME AGAIN THAT THE POLICE HAD IT IN FOR ME AND NO DOUBT HAD FILES ON ME WHICH SHOWED ME IN A VERY BAD LIGHT!!!!! HENCE WHY WE THINK THIS CAR SCRATCHING ACCUSATION CAN BE SWUNG AROUND AND THEN WE'VE GOT HIM!!!!!! DON'T FORGET IN 2012 THEY HAD TRIED THE SAME ATTEMPT  'TO GET ME' WHEN I WAS NEARLY KILLED WHEN A CAR DRIVER NEARLY DROVE OVER ME BY FAILING TO GIVE WAY TO ME. THE COP CHANGING THE WITNESS STAT EXONERATING ME WAS CHANGED TO READ I WAS AT FAULT. YET HE WAS NEVER IMPRISONED FOR THAT CRIMINAL ACT-AS USUAL!!

On  their pragraph 6 they showed the registration number of my sons car and I asked why was this there ON MY FILE ...and OBVIOUSLY THIS WAS YET ANOTHER FILE THAT MUST BE ERASED. Their reply shows again their attitude towards me and a determination not to help in any way but to frustrate me in any way possible.

PRIVACY NOTICE- There follows 5 pages of solid reasons which I would prefer to class as EXCUSES for the UK Police to keep records on people no matter what about and I find it clearly shows we the British Public are being watched and written about just like the East German Stasi did under the Russians. For the reasons you can see that the police think they can do this are pure Communistic and I am sure that most of the Public don't know this is going on. Let me make it plain-IAM NOT AGAINST RECORDS BEING KEPT ON CRIMINAL AND TERRORISTS BEING KEPT. BUT I HAVE TO SAY THAT I DOUBT THAT THE POLICE ARE USING THESE BECAUSE CRIMINALS ARE HAVING A FIELD DAY IN THE AND ONE CAN SEE THIS ON THE DAILY REPORTS OF WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON THAT OUR POLICE ARE ACTUALLY USELESS AT KEEPING TRACK OF IT-NO IT IS MUCH EASIER FOR THEM TO GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS AGAINST LAW ABIDING CITIZENS LIKE ME AS WE ARE A SOFT TOUCH. BUT LOADS OF CRIMINALS ARE INVADING US IN THE THOUSANDS DAILY AND INVOLVED IN HUMONGOUS AMOUNTS OF CRIME.

ARE THE POLICE KEEPING FILES LIKE MINE ON ALL OF THEM ???????? Hell no as they are too smart for our dumb cops and foreign criminals can waft in and out of the UK with ease and commit endless criminal cases. Instead of our police going after them - No they prefer to sit at their desks harassing Brits like me. A case in todays papers about a large bunch of fraudster Arabs have been stealing Brits savings to the tune of £1.5M. Only one was caught living the life of Reilly in Salford. This shows how they can make millions and our dimwit Police are nowhere, yet they are OK to harass me with dumb files which show exactly no criminal acts ever committed by me !!!!!
